Welcome to Trackie!
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Trackie mobile application ("App", "Service"), a daily habit tracking application developed as an independent project.
a. You must be at least 13 years old to use Trackie.
b. You are responsible for your use of Trackie and for complying with all applicable laws.
c. Trackie is designed for personal habit tracking and self-improvement purposes only.
d. You may not use Trackie in any way that could harm the app, its functionality, or other users' experience.
e. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
f. You may not use Trackie in any manner that is prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.
a. Camera access is requested solely for the photo verification feature to confirm habit completion.
b. No photos are stored, saved, or transmitted anywhere. Photos are processed in real-time using on-device machine learning (YOLOv3 object detection model) and immediately discarded.
c. The object detection process occurs entirely on your device - no image data is sent to external servers.
d. You can revoke camera permissions at any time through your device settings.
e. The app functions without camera access, though photo verification features will be unavailable.
a. Trackie does not collect any personal information. There is no user registration, account creation, or login system.
b. All habit data, progress tracking, and settings are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults and Core Data.
c. No data is transmitted to external servers, cloud services, or third parties.
d. Widget functionality uses iOS App Groups to share data between the main app and widget, but this data remains on your device.
e. If you delete the app, all your data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
f. We do not track your usage patterns, collect analytics, or monitor your habits in any way.
The app includes the following limitations designed for optimal performance:
a. The Trackie app, including its design, code, algorithms, and user interface, is protected by intellectual property laws.
b. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Trackie without explicit permission.
c. The app uses third-party open source libraries and Apple frameworks, which are governed by their respective licenses.
d. Your habit data and any content you create within the app belongs to you.
a. Trackie is designed for general habit tracking and personal productivity purposes only.
b. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
c. Consult with healthcare professionals before making significant lifestyle changes.
d. We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from using this app.
You may not:
a. While Trackie is designed to work offline and locally, certain features may require iOS system services.
b. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app and may suspend service for maintenance or updates.
c. The app may not function properly on jailbroken or modified devices.
a. We may update the app to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features.
b. These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of new terms.
c. We will notify users of significant changes through app updates or in-app notifications.
a. You may stop using Trackie at any time by deleting the app from your device.
b. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or remove it from app stores at any time.
c. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will continue to apply.
a. Trackie is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
b. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
c. You use the app at your own risk and are responsible for any consequences of its use.
a. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use Trackie.
b. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
c. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
a. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.
b. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
c. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
